Throughout the year, the DC Chapter holds a number of social functions that raise money for our primary chosen charity, The Training Source. The Training Source, Inc. is an award-winning non-profit training, employment placement, and referral service for individuals and employers primarily located in Maryland and Washington, DC. They provide employment training and job placement assistance to unemployed and underemployed citizens. In addition, they develop and conduct youth leadership and development programs for at-risk youth and develop and facilitate self-improvement workshops for homeless citizens in transition from homelessness.
